In March 2025, our family embarked on a new adventure: launching a clothing brand with a mission to inject some serious "oomph" into the world of printed clothing! As a family-run business, we saw a gap in the market for uniquely designed garments that truly stand out. Return & Exchange Policy
At SkyeDrip, every item is made or prepared to order with care. We want you to love your purchase — but we understand that sometimes things don’t fit as expected.
Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size.
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs using a tracked delivery service.
Once we receive the returned item in its original, unused condition, we’ll send the replacement size as soon as possible.
Refunds
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:
Refunds are processed once the item has been returned and inspected.
For returns due to incorrect size ordered, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling and delivery costs incurred by us.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all packaging or extras (including any gifts) included.
We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, use, or have been personalized/custom-made to specific requirements (unless faulty).
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
